GENERAL REGISTRATION
At SLATE we believe that the cost of attending this event, should not be a barrier to enhancing your skill sets and widening your learning opportunities. So we continue to strive to make the registration fee affordable, even if you are paying this out of your own pocket. It is still important for you to continue to develop your skills, stay on top of teaching and technology trends, and most importantly, continue to network with others that may be in the same situation as you are.
In addition, in celebration of twenty years of SLATE being a sustained community of practice, we are rolling back the registration fee to what it was for our very first conference. We hope this will be an incentive for you and your colleagues to come and celebrate this milestone with us.
2022 CONFERENCE FEES
• Full Conference Registration - $99 ea.
(April 1 - September 14, 2022)
• Late Registration - $250 ea.
(September 15 - October 4, 2022)
• Walk-In Registration - $350 ea.
(October 5 - October 7, 2021)

All registrations includes admission, materials, welcome reception, meals, refreshment breaks, give-aways, and raffle.
One of the things we are doing this year to celebrate our twenty-years together is rolling back the full conference registration fee to what is was back in 2012. This comes out to be cheaper than the early-bird, single-day, or group registrations we have offered in the past. I hope this will be helpful and exciting for most and will allow you to join us at this year's event. For additional information please contact the conference coordinator.

When you register online with a credit card, your registration will immediately be confirmed. The charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as: NIU Outreach, DeKalb, IL.
Checks and purchase orders are also accepted but will take additional time to process and may not be processed in time to guarantee attendance. Just print the GENERAL INVOICE FORM, complete all information, and send in your registration form with your check or purchase order to the address shown below:

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants and once payment is processed a refund cannot be issued. Once your registration is confirmed you are responsible for all fees and payments. However, upon written notification, at least (ten) 10 days in advance of the conference, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organization without additional cost.
