The key reason why attendees come to the SLATE Conference is to establish personal contacts, network with others and identify new and emerging technology trends.  Being a sponsor at the annual SLATE Conference, builds visibility for your brand, connects you with educators and technology leaders, and gives you a forum to share your organization’s expertise. The three-day annual event is an ideal environment for conference sponsors to expand business opportunities by participating in an ambitious, productive agenda that includes workshops, general sessions, keynote sessions, and networking events. Conference sponsorship packages combine exposure before the event and maximum impact during the conference. Sponsors will have the opportunity to connect with participants as they browse the conference floor and visit your exhibit area. The venue allows for a more intimate and individual opportunity to get to know the attendees and understand what they are looking for in a less intimidating forum.

 

Some sponsorship opportunities include a speaking role while others are focused on product branding. Custom sponsorship opportunities are also available (listed below). PARTICIPANT SPONSOR - $500*

Multiple available. If you are unable to be onsite but still wish to be a part of the event - this is for you.

  • Listing in the conference program and a link to your website from the conference website. 

  • Logo sponsorship level displayed during conference.

  • Two promotional materials to be included in all attendee packets.

 

*You will also need to provide a give-away item such as pens, notepads, keychains, water bottles, etc., for each attendee along with a raffle item valued at $25 to be given away at the end of the conference.

SLATE strongly believes that sponsorship opportunities should be available to a wide range of companies. To that end, there are multiple sponsorship opportunities with corresponding benefits that vary depending on the price associated with the sponsorship.

ADDITIONAL SPONSOR OPTIONS

Lunch Sponsor - $3500  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be featured on signage at the tables during lunch and displayed on the large screens in the main event area throughout the conference.

Welcome Reception Sponsor - $3000  (one available)

  • Be among the first to greet attendees with a toast at the welcome reception on Wednesday evening.

  • Your company name and/or logo will be featured on signage at the tables during the reception and displayed on the large screens in the main event area throughout the conference.

  • Cocktail napkins will feature your company's name/logo.

  • Signature cocktail of your choice. Create a signature cocktail or mocktail that incorporates your brand into the drink name or uses your company colors. Make sure it is delicious and memorable and well named (names with puns work well).

Breakfast Sponsor - $2500  (two available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be featured on signage at the tables during breakfast and displayed on the large screens in the main event area throughout the conference.

Conference Bag Sponsor - $2000  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be printed on each attendee conference bag; along with the SLATE logo. Or, provide your own logo bag for all attendees at no additional cost.

Refreshment Break Sponsor - $1500  (two available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be featured on signage at the tables during breaks and displayed on the large screens in the main event area throughout the conference.

T-shirt Sponsor - $1000  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be printed on each shirt along with the SLATE 20 year logo. Or, provide your own logo shirt for all attendees at no additional cost.

Conference Program Sponsor - $500  (two available)

  • Graphic design and printing of conference program distributed to all attendees.

  • Half page ad included on inside front cover.

Scholarship Sponsor - $400  (multiple available)

  • Cost is for each individual of your choice to attend the conference.

  • This will include conference registration fee and two nights in preferred conference hotel.

Balloon Sponsor - $300  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo along with the SLATE logo will be printed on balloon centerpieces placed around the conference venue.

Registration Desk Sponsor - $250  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo will be featured on signage at the registration desk for all days of the conference. The registration desk is one of the first things attendees see when they enter the event space.

Name Badge Sponsor - $125  (one available)

  • Your company name and/or logo co-branded with the SLATE logo on the conference lanyard or name badge worn by all attendees.

Program Ad - $100  (multiple available)

  • Your company name and/or logo is posted in the conference program along with your special message as SLATE celebrates twenty years. Eighth page ads are available. Upgrade to quarter or half page for additional cost.
