Sponsors will have the opportunity to connect with participants as they browse the conference floor and visit your exhibit area. Over 200 participants including; faculty, system administrators, user support staff, technology coordinators, librarians, CIO's, web administrators, and decision makers from over 60 different institutions from across the country attended last year's conference. And this year, SLATE is partnering with the Midwest Moodle Moot to expand the outreach, exposure, and number of attendees at the joint conference.
All sponsor packages include the following: an 8x8 foot booth space (a five-foot table with bunting), listing in the conference program, logo posted on the conference web site with URL to your company home page, recognition on all pre-conference promotional materials and mailings, recognition on the conference welcome banner, complimentary registration, wireless Internet access, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.
Exhibit Hours will be:
Wednesday, October 9, 10:00am - 5:00pm (setup can begin two-hours before opening)
Thursday, October 10, 8:00am - 6:30pm (extended through the welcome reception)
Friday, October 11, 8:00am - 2:00pm
You can exhibit for one, two, or all three days of the conference. Choosing all three days is like getting one day free.
